Top Financial have sent out the following newsletter:

This is an official newsletter from TopFinancial.

There is a couple of important issues we would like to draw your attention to. 

First, from now on you can withdraw your Liberty Reserve and Perfect Money available balances directly into your bank account. Even in case you have not deposited using the bank wire transfer.  The same minimum withdrawal amount requirement of $400.00 applies, plus an extra $30.00 bank wire transfer fee will be charged on every withdrawal into your bank account. 

To place a bank wire transfer withdrawal request, you need to:

- Log into your TopFinancial account, 
- Enter your bank account details in the ‘Update Profile’ area of your TopFinancial account,
- Access the ‘Withdraw’ area, 
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (minimum $400.00 plus $30.00 bank wire transfer fee),
- Choose the preferred withdrawal method from the list of available withdrawal methods and click the ‘Withdraw’ button,
- Check and confirm that your bank account details listed in your account profile are correct.

Please be advised that we collect all withdrawal requests during the week and process them every Friday. Allow for up to 5 business days for the bank wire transfer to reach your bank account.

Second, in the light of recent closures of several major investment projects, we have been receiving numerous emails from our customers and site visitors asking whether TopFinancial is strong enough to continue its operation for many years from now. We can assure you that TopFinancial is in a very good financial condition and is doing absolutely fine. We plan to be around for many years to come and we do not plan to shut the doors for the new customers. Moreover, we plan to expand our operations further and are working on creating a network of regional representatives.

First and foremost, we would like to apologize for the delay in introducing bank wire transfer as a payment method. It has taken us much longer than we initially expected to properly test and implement this new payment method in our system. It will take us a couple of days more to finalize everything and add the bank wire facility to all TopFinancial accounts. It will be available for both deposits and withdrawals. For the bank wire transfer, the minimum deposit amount is $400.00 plus the fees charged by your bank. No additional fees will be charged at our end when you make a deposit using the bank wire transfer. 

As a matter of fact, you can send your deposit using the bank wire transfer rightaway. Before the detailed bank wire instructions are added to all TopFinancial account, they are available upon request. Just send us an email at support@topfinancial.com and we will provide you with the instructions for funding your TopFinancial account using the bank wire transfer facility.
